Our house is an odd shape tall. The top floor in the summer is very hot, basement freezing. We opted for a mini split. It wasn't cheep, but I took the quote from Salmon and put it in chatgpt to evaluate it. I recommend, just upload the whole pdf and ask if it's fair.
