Tech was knowledgeable and explained the process as he made the repair. Tech gave recommendations on general maintenance to keep system running.
Logan was courteous and respectful. He dealt with us honestly and I would use him again in a heartbeat. The only reason we didn’t have him finish our job, is we have an insurance company we work with, and must use their HVAC company/technicians. Logan is an outstanding ambassador for your company. Thank you, and we wish Logan well in his future endeavors.
The technician was very timely. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and he had a lot of knowledge about the cooler. It is July and very important to have the cooler working! Great job!
