My father was being treated for Parkinson's disease by Dr Wali. My dad's conditions started to worsen and we could not get appt till January 3rd. We were told if I got worse to take him to the ER. Dr Wali was out of the country and had no back up to see my father. My father was admitted to the hospital Christmas day, was put on hospice ten days after that and died 6 days later. This Dr had no back up Dr to see my father and didn't seem to care.
His office staff and office policies are ridiculous! My primary doctor referred me to him for treatment specifically and he refused to schedule an appointment with me because of the potential that it may come down to litigation based on the fact that I was injured due to someone else's negligence. He had the quickest appointment available and I needed treatment but because I was injured by someone else, and he refused to schedule me, I now have to wait 3 plus months to get the care that I need.
