I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Saad since my normal DO was out of the office. Dr. Saad was easily the kindest, most thorough doctor I’ve ever seen. He was so kind to not only me, but my two little ones who came with me to my appointment. He was patient, understanding, and explained everything, making sure I understood every step of the way. I cannot recommend him enough!
I felt like hopeless here because the doctor did not care to return my inquiry about a prescription to replace it due to being so expensive, he also failed along with his stuffs to coordinate a referral to be made to a dermatologist. I had to call his office several times to get an answer . I also noticed the wrong diagnostics entered in my record by some one. I will not go to John Muir health any more.
Dr Saad is the best doctor I ever had. He believes in patient education and will take extra time to explain to you the how, what, why, when, and where of the diagnosis. I appreciate Dr Saad always making sure I truly understand what is happening and ways to prevent from happening again. He definitely helps you under an approach holistically and one with modern day medicine.
