The office staff is horrible about processing the paperwork. God forbid they give you a referral, it will be messed up 99% of the time. Calling and speaking to someone is also challenging. So once they mess it up, and they will, good luck getting it fixed. They will tell you it is fixed and that they faxed it over, but the other doctor you were referred to will never get it. And then you are back to trying to call in and get it fixed again & again. I thought I would skip some of the hassle and do a tele-visit to go over my b... read more

When I called with an insurance issue, Demetria took care of everything immediately. No call transfer required. She was so friendly and professional. I was reassured right away.
Wasn't able to get a visit. Made an online request 2 days ago, received an email stating I would receive a call within 1 business day. Never received a call or email response after I sent a FOLLOW UP email as well as calling in and never getting to speak to anyone.
Virtual visit was very easy to navigate. Dr hilaly was very understanding and attentive to my needs as a patient. Kind and to-the-point. Thank you!
