I’ve been going to Sally’s nail salon because it’s convenient and like supporting businesses in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my visit on 4/7/26. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. My pedicure was first, then my nails after finishing. I was told I could put my shoes on. I tipped 20% as I always do because I respect how hard nail techs work. When I got home, I noticed my toenails were smudged. I called and spoke with Sally, Sally told me to come back in. I finally found a nail tech who is attentive to detail and takes her time. Brenda is incredible and we have great conversations. I would highly recommend her n the place itself is awesome and very welcoming. Thanks Brenda your the best
