I was a patient of Sally's at Compass Clinical this past year for medication management, and it was horrible! Every appointment with Sally felt like an interrogation. She would ask a question, and then interrupt me with follow-up questions which I would've answered had she just had any patience. For example: SW: "I see you were in the hospitalized in November." Me: "Yes, I had..." SW *Interrupting*: "Why were you there?" Me: "...I had developed sepsis due to..." SW: "What caused the sepsis?" Me: "A UTI that spread. I only ha... read more
I waited four months for my first appointment only to get someone incredibly lacking in empathy or basic decency. Follow up appointments did not improve on this. I don't know if her whole clinic is like this, but I won't be going back.
