She offered to perform a upper lid blephlasttomy. She said the procedure will cost $4500 all together. Incidentally she charged my Healthcare insurance additional $2000 plus. On top of that her anesthesiologist was not even covered. Now I owe additional $3700. Therefore the upper lid procedure cost all together almost 10k. BEWARE OF THIS MONEY-HUNGRY doctor!!!!!!
