I went to this clinic for years and they have always done an exceptional job.
Would give absolutely no stars if I could!!! I drove all the way from Lebanon for my child to see them. We were a few minutes late and due to waiting in line bwhind other patients they told us we were too late for our appointment. We were 4 minutes late and stood in line for about 3 of that and one of them being a phone call that was picked up while we waited... definatly would not recommend go somewhere else especially if your driving from out of town!!!
Waited on the phone for 10 minutes to make an eye exam appointment. After finally finding time they wouldn’t place the appointment unless I gave them the insurance information. I didn’t have it on me. I have been seen there before! Very disappointed. Valley eye care here I come
Sadly the prescription given to Me never worked, even after a vision retest. The eye glass center staff though is excellent and helpful!
I'm extremely happy with the care I've received from Dr. Byrd. She is attentive, takes the time to understand, and provides clear information and effective treatment.
