I have to agree with other reviews, the lady who works there was really not welcoming. She was in fact watching me, I felt really weird there. I asked her to help me with the color, she didnt wanna help, maybe she was afraid to recommend something, but she sent me to the salon nearby to ask what color I need... I thought associates are supposed to help and not just be cashiers. After that visit, I decided to go to another sally store.
Outstanding customer service
I just left the store and I’ve spent over $100 there in the past couple days and my boyfriend and me are a couple of color and he informed me that when he came back into the store to from grabbing something out of the car that the lady was taking pictures of us without her knowledge. The only thing I even reached in my purse for was to make sure I had my wallet on me completely weird and creepy to take pictures of people that are just shopping and have money to buy their products. Horrible
I stopped in for some nail polish and a few other things and left with nothing... The reason, the staff and their ability to make you feel like you are beneath them and a potential thief. As I was standing over by the nail polish for some time looking for some new colors, they came over a half dozen times. Only once they asked if I needed help finding something. Told the first lady I was just looking at colors and thanked her. Shortly after that, she and the other lady came back and just watched. Then again and again. Creepy... read more
