rude in Woburn Mass., not at all helpful! I was just in your Woburn Mass. store and the woman there was absolutely no help whatsoever and even rude! In this economy this is no way to act towards a customer! especially a good paying customer! called the Saugus store and spoke with a very lovely helpful woman who answered my ?s, just an FYI -
classy ha The employees here are just extremely rude. Went in here to browse, heard terrible things regarding customer service but braved it. Due to weather employess were enraged that I had nerve tocome in. Has nothing to do with their terrible personalities and lack of social skills though ha.
