I was the only customer in the store and the 2 associates stood at the front talking and laughing, but never asked if I needed assistance. I asked if a particular brand was included in a deal and the reply was just "no" instead of promoting the deal. I got up to the front and instead of hearing " I'll take you here" it was "either of us is fine". I will go to Hamilton Place from now on.
This store is wonderful. The products and the staff. They always greet you with a big warm welcome everytime. The new manager is so sweet and so is her staff. I had recently just started going back to this location.
Associates were welcoming and helpful. In stock was relatively solid considering its covid time. Found what I wanted and it was a pleasant experience.
