Everything I wanted was out of stock or low stock (hair colour). The lady working today lacked customer service skills and didn't seem interested in helping out when I asked for help as the product I wanted was out of stock and I wanted to understand what product I could substitute.
As everyone knows, Sally have everything you can think of for your hair in vierites, they also take returns and also refune or exchange if the product doesn't work ...which i must commend them for although there items are very pricy. My only problem is if your are going for 1 item, they dont allow u to leave without telling you that u NEED OTHER PRODUCTS TOO back the product u intended to purchase.. its kinda of feeling pressured into taking it...I went for a $15 item and ended paying $65 for 3 small items.. like this is rid... read more
