Tia was a wonderful help and so patient, she was easy to talk to and she really made my shopping experience feel secure. She even researched product ingredients for my colored hair ❤️
I had a wonderful experience yesterday with both Malerie and Amanda. I came in looking for permanent hair dye as a first timer and they were both extremely helpful. Malerie even walked me through the steps and helped me make sure I had everything I needed to dye my own hair for the first time. Thank you ladies so much for your help and friendliness.
Amanda was extremely helpful and gave me great customer service, she needs a promotion or raise for her positive attitude and willingness to help.
Idk I felt profiled coming in. Like I couldn't even go to the shelf all the way without her coming up on me. And she asked me 4 times about the 13.99 dye stuff deal when I literally told her no. I will not be returning.
