Best customer service I have experienced at a Sallys. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for their customers. The store is very clean. Staff also made recommendation and I love the products. Me and my wife will continue to be shopping at this location.

Rude employees that dont talk to you, they just stand at the end of your aisle acting like youre going to steal their whole store. The store was messy too like if youre gonna have a messy store at least be nice.

thank u mazie! my hair did a freak brass out and was literally orange before a wedding i had to go to she helped me via on the phone with my sister to give me everything i needed to fix my hair - super knowledgeable and sweet! thank u so much!

Fantastic customer service and product selection. I had the same staff member help me on two recent visits, they recommended a color remover and I decided to give it a try and it is by far the best color remover i’ve ever tried. Then I asked about a couple color brands and they recommended one to me and again it is a fantastic product. Both were products I had never tried before and I’m so glad I went with their recommendation. Really phenomenal customer service! There were 2 employees who helped me and they were so kind. The young woman who rang me up was knowledgeable, kind and courteous. She gave me some product recommendations that were really helpful! (Id like to give her a compliment but didn't catch her name. she has cute pink hair). Best experience I've had at a Sally's before, I'll def come back to this location!
