This is the second time I place an online order and they say it’s ready for delivery but I never get the confirmation it’s been delivered. I call and they tell me the order had been canceled but yet i received no cancellation email either. If I don’t call they would steal my money smh they don’t even have a reason as to why it wasn’t delivered
I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of being helped by a super friendly girl, Brenda. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive and knew exactly what I needed. I was looking for pomade and something to help with my hair to add texture, and she gave me great recommendations. Came at 8:47p.m. Doors were closed I stood their and the young lady came to tell me systems were down as ladies were already closing their registers it’s upsetting that I did the drive and was not able to buy the product I needed that would only take me two minutes to get I guess I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt but when I walked away they started smiling and giggling so I don’t know if it was true or not.
Date May 15th 2024 if I could I would give zero stars, I have been going here for couple of years never had something like what happened to me today, I got there and the Lady working in there was talking on phone via Bluetooth she was caught up in her talk that she did not even greet or anything but that's fine, than I needed help I asked her while she's talking to someone In Spanish she tells me look over there, ok that's fine normally they help, now I goto check out the lady still on the phone I gave her my rewards number ... read more
