The blonde employee and brunette on the night of Feb 19th were literally the most helpful sallys employees ever. (I wish I got their names 😕) Grateful for them. They helped me decide on what to get and were very insightful & patient even when I was being indecisive and forgetting stuff lol literally coming back to this sallys forever.

This is the second time I place an online order and they say it’s ready for delivery but I never get the confirmation it’s been delivered. I call and they tell me the order had been canceled but yet i received no cancellation email either. If I don’t call they would steal my money smh they don’t even have a reason as to why it wasn’t delivered
I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of being helped by a super friendly girl, Brenda. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive and knew exactly what I needed. I was looking for pomade and something to help with my hair to add texture, and she gave me great recommendations. She took the time to explain the products, and even gave me tips on how to use them for the best results. It’s rare to find such amazing customer service these days.
