Summer and Sam are a couple of real ones, ladies! I recently had an issue with an online order (I'll spare you the details ), but these two cuties went above and beyond to make things right! I’ve been to some unpleasant Sally’s, but this one was definitely a game changer with their service they gave, and how personable they were with my hair situation. Definitely my go to Sally’s from here on.
I have been calling this Sally’s all week looking for purple hair chalk for my daughter’s Halloween costume. I talked to two different girls and they BOTH wrote down my name & phone number and ASSURED me that as soon as they got their shipment in, they’d call me.
