Beyond ridiculous that they can’t have two employees on the schedule to take a lunch break. Caused a massive inconvenience for me and they lost a big sale over it.
store is frequently closed when hours posted on the door and online say it’s open. when you call the store there is no response. when you manage to go i and they are actually open they only have one worker scheduled. when i visited today there were four customers in line, five people in the store waiting for assistance, and only one employee behind the register. had to walk out without any of the items i needed because there wasn’t any one available to assist me. and i didn’t have 45 minutes to spare.
Great experience here. Needed help determining which level of color to use and the staff member was very helpful and took a lot of time helping me and even checking stock in the back to find it. I will definitely be coming back to this store for my beauty needs. It's rare to find helpful staff in retail stores anymore.
I went in a few weeks ago but kept forgetting to leave my review. Dominica was the one on staff and she was extremely kind and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. This location and Bridgeville will be my go-to locations.
