I do not know self care or make-up. Sophia at the counter helped me with a kind and patient heart. Took the scary out of shopping for products I know little about. Very nice experience.
Sales lady today ignored me and walked away when I was talking to her. She pointed me to the item and then I asked a follow-up question and she just turned and ignored me. I turned around and left. She could have cared less to help a customer with questions. I will not be going back and will go to another location
Brought a few items like conditioner for hair , and hair repair neither worked waste of money. And few other items I never used just returned still waiting on my refund.
So glad to see you have Gray Out back on your selves. And, a very special shout out to the the very, very nice and helpfull lady from Australia....my hair is lookung fabulous.
It is a shame being pro customer when I have too order from Walmart because it significant cheaper! Wow
