I went in a few days ago and had no issues. I am familiar with Sally's. It was my first job ever at age 16. I got offered the manager position when I was 18, which I turned down because I was getting ready to start cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute full time. I then went on to finish school, work for corporate Aveda, and work at an Aveda salon over the years. Sadie is great!! She’s super super sweet and helpful and makes sure I get everything I need!! Other than her always being super sweet and having a wonderful attitude she gives great advice and very helpful recommendations/tips I wouldn’t even think to ask for. She helps me get the best products that work for my hair every time!! You can tell she loves her job! 10/10 recommend the store for anyone who wants great customer service and great quality hair products!! Thanks Sadie!!
I wish I remembered the name of the woman who was working and helped me out last night (3/31 in the evening) because she was amazing. the two lovely humans with vibrant hair that helped me today were so knowledgeable and kind. answered all of my questions and had such good attitudes! i miss these fun hands on experiences that sally has always tried to offer. my last few times were not this pleasant or i'd give 5 ⭐️
