The lack of Black hair products is screaming we don’t won’t black people in our stores. I’ve never seen a Sally’s with only end caps with 2 types of bonnets/hair nets, absolutely NEVER. I get it’s Turkey Creek but do better. It’s insulting!
Went here and felt super welcome!! Serena helped me find exactly what i needed and I am so looking forward to coloring my hair now! She was super sweet and explained everything perfectly! If i wasnt just visiting family at the moment i would make this my go-to location!

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Sally Beauty location. From the moment I walked in, I was followed around the store and made to feel like I didn’t belong. Instead of being greeted or offered help, I was watched closely the entire time with the employee in my personal space, which was both upsetting and unnecessary. As a paying customer, I should be able to shop without being racially profiled or made to feel unwelcome. This experience left me extremely disappointed and hurt.
