I absolutely love this store! I live about 15 minutes away and will ONLY come to this store because the staff if so friendly, attentive, supportive and informative ! Kuddos to Sofia and Melinda for always being there when I go in, absolutely love this store and their atmosphere. Best Sally’s in El Paso!
Everything is overpriced and trash, and they won't let you return anything, Melinda is mean and should not work here anymore
Horrible customer service, was asking questions about what to get and got short answer responses no help at all, it was an older lady and a younger girl that had just went in they were more intrested in gossiping about something. The older lady just stared at me and I kinda felt like she was rushing me to leave so they could continue to gossip. This happened months back with a different employee where she didn’t offer any help just stood there and I’m not even asking anything crazy. I guess they ALL don’t care to help, left ... read more
Horrible customer service, or NO customer service! Was looked at up and down without a greeting or welcome. I asked a question and the manager carelessly answered, "they don't make that in a smaller size, (they do, I bought one here last month.) Then someone else came up to ring me up without even greeting me or speaking to me. Just rang things up And asked cash or card. Bye Sally's 👋. Learn to treat your clients with respect.
