Horrible customer service, or NO customer service! Was looked at up and down without a greeting or welcome. I asked a question and the manager carelessly answered, "they don't make that in a smaller size, (they do, I bought one here last month.) Then someone else came up to ring me up without even greeting me or speaking to me. Just rang things up And asked cash or card. Bye Sally's 👋. Learn to treat your clients with respect.

Worst Sallys in El Paso really horrible customer service and very rude people they also mad dog you while you shop it’s like you can’t even shop in peace without them staring at you with disgusting looks on their faces yall need to do better it’s sad
They will definitely profile you here by watching your every move, not to mention the customer service is horrible. If a customer hands you their cash to pay for the purchase, the polite thing to do is hand their change back to them, not place it on the counter. Also, customers shouldn't have to ask for their items to be bagged.
