Visited the store and was kindly greeted by Chaciti and Caroline. They were both extremely sweet and very nice ladies. They both asked me about my hair type and what I was looking for and recommended products based off of that. Top tier customer service 👏.

I used to love shopping here, but this visit was disappointing. There were two employees working. One of them stayed in the same aisle as me the entire time, which made me feel like I was being watched mind you I RARELY shop here so there’s no reason to think i’d steal. She wasn’t rude and was decently polite. The other employee, however, repeatedly asked, JUST BECAUSE i looked in her direction “Can I help you?” with an attitude that felt unfriendly. I went to Sally's for gel nail polish. I was, however, a little disappointed that there weren't more selections. They had several sales throughout the store and I was able to buy 1 get 1 free with the polish. Later I found hair masks on sale 2 for $6. The associate was extremely helpful establishing the best product for my needs. Overall great experience.
