I have finally learned you should research before going to this store. Do NOT ask the staff. They have varying degrees of knowledge re hair colour from nil to somewhat knowledgeable. Last time I went in I asked a few questions and I could tell they were guessing and did not know what the t were talking about. Were kind of rude too and eventually sidled away instead of helping me look for what I was after. I have been led astray by many of these employees.
