They do not care if there products or defective or just bad, they do not take returns even next day returns after telling them the product doesn't work they didnt care I spent almost seventy dollars on a andis shaver that doesn't cut and told me oh well. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had i would never shop are spend a dime in any Sally store and if you value your hard earned dollars you won't either
I love Sally’s. Stop by often for my hair needs. Everyone is always so nice. To me anyway, clearly not to everyone based off other reviews. I usually don’t feel the need to leave reviews, but this last visit in struck me as very odd & haven’t been able to shake it since. Pretty sure it was either the manager or assistant manager that declined taking a woman’s form of payment due to her attempting to pay with $100 bill. The worker claimed to not have change for it. The staff in this store are more interested in staying behind the counter than providing customer service. There is no greeting when you walk into store. I have had questions about certain products and was told “call this number they’ll be able to help you”. I have been to this store several times and same staff with no assistance. This WILL be my last time.
I walked in with my service dog, not working but tagged & the worker was very rude with me. Asked me to put her in my car, it’s 80 degrees outside, then told me they didn’t have what I ordered so I waited for a refund. WORST experience & will never shop here again
