Unprofessional woman behind the counter would rather play on her phone and suck a sucker than help a customer, overall unprofessional and most of the people here are uneducated
Had a instacart order. Hector helped me find what I could not seem to find. In a timely manner. Very nice. Very helpful. I loved his attitude and personality. Very kind to me and my daughter Sophia. Now that is customer service. I will defiantly return and recommend.
unfortunately every time i come into this specific location, it’s one thing after another and after todays incident, i’ve just got to write a review. i purchased hair color online on 9/17, i went in today 9/29 to exchange some unopened hair color for different shades of color. the cashier pulled up my account, started scanning my items and then told me they couldn’t do the exchange because it wasn’t coming up on their end, so i pulled up my sally’s app and showed them the order that matched my phone number, email and name, s... read more
