Would love this store, but the employees are catty, and lack personality. I’ve never met a more unappealing bunch 🤷♀️ will never return
Avoid this Sally Beauty at all costs. I came here on Friday and I needed help finding the hair dye and accessories for my hair. When I went up to the hispanic lady because the other employee was helping someone else, (She was on her phone the whole time) she looked up at me and then ignored me. I just left after that. I've never seen such bad customer service, so I'm never coming back here again.
I visited near closing and was treated with clear impatience by a staff member who seemed more concerned with leaving their shift than assisting a customer. I had only been in there 5 minutes. Despite having all my items ready and needing literally 30 more seconds to locate one final product, I was rushed out in a manner that felt both dismissive and unprofessional. A business that values its doors closing on the minute over a positive customer experience needs to revisit its priorities.
