Shanai helped me in the store today. I wanted some help with my awful graying hair. She Listened to my wants and likes, I explained that I had no idea what I was doing. She took the lead and even wrote out step by step instructions-by hand!! I came home and immediately coloured my hair, I was worried because it looked dark, but as I was drying it the colour just popped!! I’m so excited for my new look. Thank you Shanai!! The staff at this store really know their stuff.
Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told only one cashier can help me so I had to wait again. I left without buying what I needed. Never coming back again
