I’ve been going to this store for years. I grew up in this area and do hair for work and so this store has been a gem for me. Their customer service is always impeccable except the last time I was in the store. The person working seemed new, I’ve never seen her there before and to be honest, she did not seem to care about customers or sales. The store is absolutely perfect for all your salon and beauty needs. The customer service is among the best I’ve experienced. Gagan is an amazing salesperson with confident communication and extensive knowledge. She patiently guided me through all my questions about hair colors and provided excellent recommendations. I was here not too long ago and I absolutely loveeee Gagan!! Such a sweet person and so knowledgeable about all the store’s products. I was looking for a specific colour to touch up my roots and she found exactly what i was looking for so quickly! If you’re ever thinking of visiting this location I highly suggest asking for her, felt like I was shopping with a friend haha
