I came in to get hair colour and was doing something i was totally unfamiliar with and the young woman was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. Much better than the previous location i use to go to. 9 years coming to this location and got amazing service for my hair disaster from Marca College (Sonia).
Shanai helped me in the store today. I wanted some help with my awful graying hair. She Listened to my wants and likes, I explained that I had no idea what I was doing. She took the lead and even wrote out step by step instructions-by hand!! I came home and immediately coloured my hair, I was worried because it looked dark, but as I was drying it the colour just popped!! I’m so excited for my new look. Thank you Shanai!! The staff at this store really know their stuff.
