Just to compliment Sarah who had been patient and helpful to me and my husband when we're finding the right product for our hair types and scalp sensitivity. Good customer Service with a smile on her face and very polite as well. We will definitely come back because of this attitude.
I have been shopping at this location for many years, I normally have a good experience every time. But today I interacted with Victoria, for someone who is to be trusted as a beauty advisor, she was not very helpful. I was looking for a specific kind of product, she was not helpful and gave one single recommendation. I ended up searching and finding something on my own. I had the best shopping experience. I'm so sorry I didn't ask the amazing sales associate for her name but she was so incredibly helpful and informative. I had no idea what to do in regards to the hair dye and she took the time to explain it to me and then took one step further with writing down the instructions for me. Thank you so much miss.
