I had an issue with my online order for pick up being cancelled twice. Found out it wasn’t on the store end of it though. The ladies there were understanding and very very helpful. Although it was by no fault of their own, they helped remedy the issue. Easily the kindest Sally beauty employees I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Literally never open. Every single time I stop by after work I get here around 6:30 and they’re always closed.

Hands down best experience I've ever had in a Sally's. Not that I've ever had a necessarily bad experience. Katrina was so phenomenally helpful. We have a family with a lot of different hair types and she was so helpful in sorting out all of our hair care needs. She truly listened and I couldn't be more greatful!! Thank you Katrina!!!

this isn’t the usual sally i go to, but i’m glad i went! rae was super friendly & helpful as soon as i walked in. not only was she knowledgeable about the products, she helped me find what i needed. thank you :) will visit again
