employees here are uneducated and never tell you what you actually need and are wrong a lot of the time and it can be frustrating. customer service ok but they seem confused when you actually ask questions about what you need
My mother (68 years old) went to this location to treat herself and spent $100+. There was a miscommunication about items that were on special, resulting in her requesting to return an item to purchase items included in the special. The clerk corrected the issues but left my mother feeling frightened. The customer service is poor. Disappointing because my mother has always loved going to Sally’s.
