My mother (68 years old) went to this location to treat herself and spent $100+. There was a miscommunication about items that were on special, resulting in her requesting to return an item to purchase items included in the special. The clerk corrected the issues but left my mother feeling frightened. The customer service is poor. Disappointing because my mother has always loved going to Sally’s.

Krystal is amazing, she is the sweetest and most helpful person, her customer service skills are amazing, there aren’t very many people these days that are want to do their job and help you out when you have questions and Krystal is always so willing to help and give advise about products. I enjoy going into the store when she is there because I know I will get excellent customer service.
