I’m really disappointed. This is the second time I’ve received the wrong hair color recommendation, even though I was standing right in front of the consultant and she could clearly see my natural hair color. Leslie she is an amazing asset to your company. I’m a black male and I didn’t even understand the black products. She broke it down to me and I got the very best products for me. She’s multicultural she’s incredible and she by far is a great asset to your company. and I have to commend Jackie 💖 the both of them have immaculate, communication, skills, listening skills and again they are a great asset to your company. most disappointing shopping experience in my life. came with my girlfriend who was looking for red shampoo and the worker told her that they don’t have any red shampoo neither any products of the brand she was looking for. we went to look ourselves and found red shampoo of the exact brand. the worker openly laughed and scuffed and being absolutely unwelcoming. happy Labors day ma’am
