Personally only ever come to this Sally’s when the northridge location is closed because I don’t care for the interactions with the employees. They always seem too busy to talk to customers and quick to end conversations. At the northridge location the employees have always been kind and helpful.
The ladies kept following my black boyfriend at the store but not talking to him. Were extremely rude and honestly destroyed both of our days. I sent him there to get something for me and resulted in the most racist interactions i’ve witnessed in a minute. Racism is wack. These workers are whack.
