They are rude, they follow you around after a multitude of times of telling them you do not need help. And then continue to bother you, I wouldn't be surprised if I was being profiled.
whoever the older lady is (like mid 40’s-50’s) who’s working there as of 7/22/24 has no idea what she’s talking about! do not listen to her if she recommends anything, she’ll follow you around the store and recommend terrible products that do not go together!
I walked in the store and immediately Laura asked if I needed help finding anything and I told her I needed help finding out everything that I needed for my hair dye because I always forget when I come in and she stood there and helped me figure out all the ins and outs in getting my items and answered all of my ridiculous questions so patiently basically I'm leaving this review to say that if I could give her more than five stars I absolutely would I appreciated her kindness as today is not been going very well for me she w... read more
