Excellent customer service love going there love the people very nice very helpful. Definitely five stars. The staff is amazing.
Well I think it’s just not fair to rate the store with one star only bcoz one employee is snob and doesn’t wanna do his Job!!! Went back again and Sarah like always saves the day, after I was just sold items just to sell not taking into consideration what might happen to my hair and the fact that I will come back!!!! Thank you Sarah, I will never go back to that place unless u r there…..glad u saw the disaster in my hair and u ddnt act like oh its ok and that Im the one over reacting!!!!
Never have any problems here but the girl working tonight was very helpful and friendly :) deff only got more stuff because of her.

The staff are very helpful, will help you find the best products, and will encourage customers to learn new things. Three lovely staff at the Woodlawn location helped me transform my hair from Pink to Green.
