2nd time ive gone to this sallys. A lady that works there sold me ion color remover, she said it works well on vibrant colors and she used it before so I bought it. It did nothing for my hair except dry it out. I did some research after I was crying that it didn't work. Ion color remover isint good for purple hair. If you listen to a sallys worker search the product up first!!. That was 19$ wasted
I’ve only had good experiences here until I met this woman Catherine and she was actually hell incarnate. She was shockingly rude and mocked me to my face while cashing me out. I was asking for dye suggestions since I was looking for a new potent colour and she gave me zero suggestions but questioned what I was returning and made a comment implying that I was lying about the colour I used not working even though it was evident by how my hair looked.and then as I was checking out I was chatting about other experiences I’ve ha... read more
I am so happy with the ladies at this Sally's! They are always willing to help and answered all of my questions! I recently lightened the ends of my hair and dyed my daughter's hair. Everything came out amazing and I am very happy!
