Stopped in just to kill some time and browse the sales. MiKyla kindly asked if I needed any help — I said no at first, but she still took the time to let me know about the current promotions. A few moments later, I found myself near the sale section she mentioned. Pardon if I misspell the associate's name but I believe it was Elisa. She was outstanding! Very patient and kept checking in on me as I had to search for upwards of $300 of merchandise. She was helpful, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She maintained a great sense of anticipation of needs. It was a great experience.
Alisa was so helpful! She was so friendly and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I am new to dyeing my hair and she fully walked me through the process and was very supportive. She also gave great recommendations for lashes and hair color. What a gem! So knowledgable about products in the store.
