Usually I really love Sally's and have a good experience. Items are not too expensive and the staff is cool. I just went the other day and the usual staff was not there. The two girls helping me did not have the best customer service skills and made me feel kinda dumb when I asked what a specific product does. However, I usually have a great time and really like this place.
Customer service is warm and welcoming. Elle did a great job helping answer questions but also giving space to browse.
Alisa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different box colors. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right color and enough product. Checked the back, even contacted another store to help me find more. Thanks to her advice to try semi perm first & a strand test, everything turned out perfectly! (Black is my natural hair color, lifted to a golden blonde, then used this product)
