i have to agree with some of the negative reviews here. as a disclaimer, i love the store itself and don’t typically have many problems finding what i want. they're also pretty nice and their customer service skills are good. however, if you want your questions answered, you won’t have much luck. the only person who has maybe given me decent help is the manager. pretty much none of the employees there ever seem to know what they’re saying. it really feels like they’re just playing guessing games and don’t have any actual exp... read more

I’ve shopped here for a long time, love the store, it’s beautiful and organized, and the employees are super friendly and offer to help a lot! However, I’m giving it 3 stars because I do not think Sally’s hires people who know a lot about hair. I used to go in and feel like I was being told the right things and I would feel like I could trust the people recommending me things. I didn't catch the name of the associate who helped me out today (not the manager). She was great! Super busy in the store but she took the time to help me select a couple of products for my wife....who was at home with a "hair emergency ". Maybe the receipt will reflect who was on the register at that time?

Brought my daughter here for a job interview. Sadly Google maps led us to East Rochester. Hopefully the edit feature is now going to lead people for the right location at the market basket plaza at the ridge.

I’ve been coming here pretty often for a few years now and most of the things they recommend me are never true. It feels like the employees are just there to push you to buy things and insist it’ll work, and then it never does. Or at least that’s how it was for me recently. As an example, I’ve had countless employees here persuade me so hard to buy a certain color remover and for some reason I always give in and buy it. It literally never works or does anything.
