Went in not knowing what the best choice was for toning my colored highlights. The nice employee working noticed right away I needed help. After giving her a quick rundown of what I had done and the color I wanted to achieve she explained and then suggested a color for me. I am pleased to say she chose right and I'm very happy with the outcome!

i have to agree with some of the negative reviews here. as a disclaimer, i love the store itself and don’t typically have many problems finding what i want. they're also pretty nice and their customer service skills are good. however, if you want your questions answered, you won’t have much luck. the only person who has maybe given me decent help is the manager. pretty much none of the employees there ever seem to know what they’re saying. it really feels like they’re just playing guessing games and don’t have any actual exp... read more
