Today I visited Sally Beauty to return an unopened product, and the way we were treated was shockingly bad. The cashier, an older woman, suddenly started shouting and yelling at us for no reason at all. Her behavior was abusive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Great selection.
The service and advice were excellent and very timely, helping me achieve the desired shade. There is a wide variety of products—it is a paradise for hair dyes, hair treatments, and nail care. My son's hair color turned out to be the desired shade, so the consultation at the store was excellent.
I’m new to the area which makes me new to this Sally’s and while the staff was extremely helpful I did unfortunately feel a little bit judged while buying my hair products.
