I went into Sally's Beauty on 3575 NM-528 looking for a box hair color that would perfectly match my current shade-I didn't want anything to different, just a seamless touch-up. I was a bit nervous because I've had mismatches before that turned out brassy or off-tone. Davina was incredibly helpful right away. Rude customer service. One employee was lost and the other refused to do a return. Claimed returns could only be done through a Sally account even though we had the receipt and the item was unused.

Devon was the MOST HELPFUL! She’s super polite and knows her products. Well, she was able to inform us about deals in the store and point out your products. She was able to give us very informative reviews about a majority of the products that we asked about.

Walked into get a few products and walked out utterly disappointed. Two females were unprofessional. One being very over hyped and rude. The other being very non-chalant about her rude co-worker. Avoid this place.
