A lot of rude workers here they are quick to think your stealing even when you have the product in your hand ready to paid :/ I love Sally’s but I won’t be buying or coming back here after how many bad interactions I’ve had with employees here also since most of them are retired hairstyles or have cut hair they make you feel bad for cutting your own hair or treat you like you don’t know anything about hair

My experience was absolutely amazing! I was helped by a girl named Jayden or Jalen feel bad for not remembering because she was so great but she helped me a lot find toner for my blonde hair and the result was amazing! The staff is very knowledgable and kind and give great advice to keep your hair, healthy!
Brought my daughter in today to buy tinsel for her hair, staff was knowledgeable, had patience and understood all my concerns and questions , I appreciate the time and the assistance today making my little girls dream come true! cheers to pretty hair!
