I LOVE Sallys iv been their a handful of times but the girls are so amazing! As you as you walk in your greeted and are always eager to assist you in any products you need! I will forever be buying my hair cream /lightening for my hair here the products a great quailty! Hey! I went in yesterday and I just want to thank the sweet girl who helped me yesterday. We are travelling through from BC and I forgot my shampoo and conditioner. I was a bit picky haha I like light, affordable and smaller bottles. All while having a personable conversation, she showed me a few kinds and I used it last night and my hair is SO soft. I’ve normally stuck to more expensive brands but now I’m considering shopping at Sally’s lots more in the future! Thank you to the sweet girl, I love my products!
My experience at Sally's in North Bay was incredibly disappointing due to the rude and condescending staff. I was looking for a specific hair paste they didn't carry, and when I mentioned I'd try to find it online, I received a sarcastic "good luck." Interestingly, a salon just down the street carries this exact product. With that kind of dismissive attitude towards customers, I'd say good luck to your brick-and-mortar establishment. I won't be returning.
Big SHOUT OUT to **NEHA** @ the North Bay location for her patience and understanding. She kept a positive attitude and was willing to go the extra mile! She is a true asset. Very professional too. I really appreciated her helpfulness. As i had no idea what I needed in order to dye my hair from dark to blonde. She truly went above and beyond to help me! Thanks again!
