I just want to say a huge thank you to Jan and her wonderful team at Sally Beauty here in Kamloops. Came in 10 minutes before close and felt super unwelcome with the workers immediately saying “you have 9 minutes”. I thought it would be fine as I was going to be 2 minutes max and knew exactly what I was getting. Worker rolled her eyes at my sister after she asked if a cash payment was okay, my sister was uncomfortable so just put the item back and said nevermind.
