I just want to say a huge thank you to Jan and her wonderful team at Sally Beauty here in Kamloops. I’m not a beauty professional — I’m a taxidermist — and I use one of their products regularly for my European skull work. Came in 10 minutes before close and felt super unwelcome with the workers immediately saying “you have 9 minutes”. I thought it would be fine as I was going to be 2 minutes max and knew exactly what I was getting. Worker rolled her eyes at my sister after she asked if a cash payment was okay, my sister was uncomfortable so just put the item back and said nevermind. Went in about 10 minutes before close and asked if I can pay with cash and the lady working rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything so I put my stuff back and left.. usually the workers are super nice but not this one.
Everything i go they always try to sell you a different product then what you are looking for really annoying. For the products they do have good but the process is pulling teeth
