The worker in there (I believe her name was Buchi) was so helpful! She had great banter and I really felt like she was listening to me. She helped me find new products to try and even gave me some helpful tips. It was nice to be able to talk to someone with a similar hair texture as me! Took a star off bc they didn’t have some of the products I was looking for for my hair type.
Went in looking for leave-in conditioner and the woman at the counter showed me other items that were on sale on a display at the front door. Looked at the price and the sign said 20% off. Added it to my purchase and it did not ring up at that price, which I pointed out. She proceeded to tell me that that particular item should not have been on the display, just the smaller version of it and said all the price tags were switched around. Found what I needed, but YIKES about the woman working in there. I walked in and was “greeted” but overheard the cashier speaking to her partner and said “it’s a random Thursday, why are we so busy” in a horrible tone with a customer right in front of her. She was supposed to be helping the customer with something (I think a return?) and was giving her attitude the entire time. The customer got fed up and left.
