It all depends on who's working when you go in there for help. It seems like if they have crazy colored hair then the norm is boring to them. Some treat you like they've got better things to do then help you get happy with your purchase. Popular phrase is if you don't like it bring it back. Some of the people that work at the Sally Beauty really need to get educated!!!!!!!! Mistakes are not acceptable
This is not the Sally’s to go to, judgmental young ladies hard to deal with and if you need to exchange something or take something back forget about it , they make it as hard as possible, a pretentious group fully shoes they think the old school hair dressers are trash. It feels unnerving in this location :/
The service was great, and the selection is top notch! Really glad I came here to get the supplies to frost my tips! And the women who work here were SO hot! Had a HARD time walking down the aisle, if you know what I mean ;)
My sister went into the store and asked for help in picking a color. She explained exactly what she wanted and they gave her a color. We applied the color and it was extremely lighter than she wanted. She wanted to go one step lighter and it ended up several steps lighter!!
My friend and I came in looking for some wild hair colors and did not have a whole lot of knowledge in dying hair. The 2 people working here were so incredibly helpful in educating us about the proper treatments and guided us through the whole process. Process worked perfectly, and now my hair is the exact color I wanted. Can't thank the staff here enough! You rock!
