TRASH.! Customer service this older lady gave me was ridiculous and I’m almost certain she’s the manager here. Her employees are a lot nicer than her.! Came in I didn’t get asked for help. Two other white couples come in and she took time away from her register to see if they needed help. Still didn’t ask me. Mind you I have a baby in my arms walking up and down the same aisle. SPEND THE EXTRA $69 and buy a different brand. Came in today to purchase extensions. Reviewed them as much as one can in store. The length and color looked decent. Purchased my $189 extensions. Got to the car, opened them to see they looked like something you would order for Halloween, low quality- there were no grams identified on the exterior of the packaging.
