Never get dye advice here. I’ve been dying my hair copper for 5 years, never had an issue, even used Sally products on numerous occasions. However I had let my roots grow out a lot longer this time. The Lady working the store that day told me to use 30 vol on my roots because they’re “so dark” and use 20 vol on the rest of my hair. I came in today for some help with curly hair products and Ella was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I also love the great deals they have going on right now. Definitely worth coming in!
Has the supplies you’ll need- but be weary, staff are trained to constantly bother you and attempt to upsell you into things you don’t need. Your best bet if you know for certain what you need is to mostly ignore the staff, because otherwise they’ll continually keep speaking to you about sales, about random other things that are entirely unnecessary, etc. I’ve been dying my hair since age 16- so I know from personal experience half the things they will shove down your throat are entirely unnecessary and just an attempted ups... read more
Staff was helpful and the product was great
I had a great experience at this location, a young lady with a short buzz cut, helped me with selecting toner/developer and a fashion colour . She looked at my hair and showed me the toners she thought would work best and why. She then told me all the fashion colour brands they have and which she preferred.
