Worst experience in store I’ve ever had. I used to come here for my hair supplies, will never be returning.
I’m super upset! I got upsold on ion bleach the employee wouldn’t let me ask questions about other bleaches I pretty much got forced to buy it and after doing research it’s a terrible bleach, 40$ later I have to get rid of it since I don’t have a receipt.. I’m not trusting the workers here anymore cause this is not the first time I’ve been upsold on an expensive but garbage product
Never get dye advice here. I’ve been dying my hair copper for 5 years, never had an issue, even used Sally products on numerous occasions. However I had let my roots grow out a lot longer this time. The Lady working the store that day told me to use 30 vol on my roots because they’re “so dark” and use 20 vol on the rest of my hair. Which gave me neon orange roots and stripped the hell out of my whole head of hair.
