“I had a disappointing experience at this store. The employees were rude and seemed to lack the basic empathy and professionalism needed to engage with customers. It’s clear they don’t prioritize good customer service, which made my visit quite unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this store unless they improve their approach toward their clients.”
I don’t frequent the store often and go in when I want something specific. I went in for two items today and felt followed. The lady was pushy and although I knew exactly what I needed she was trying to steer me to incorrect items. Too close for comfort. I am not sure if they have issues with shoplifting but I felt watched. Let’s us shop! Didn’t want to browse further after that!. Happy with my products but not with the pushy “service”
I had a great experience at this location, a young lady with a short buzz cut, helped me with selecting toner/developer and a fashion colour . She looked at my hair and showed me the toners she thought would work best and why. She then told me all the fashion colour brands they have and which she preferred. She even showed me her previous hair colour results with said product. 10/10 service at this location .
