I have been visiting these stores in different locations around Miami for a long time, and the staff has always been very kind and highly knowledgeable in what they do, with excellent customer service. However, last night at this particular location, I felt extremely poorly treated by the supervisor. She had a terrible attitude and lacked tact when dealing with customers, leaving us mid-sentence without even saying, “Excuse me for a moment,” or something similar.
