I had a very disappointing experience with Ari and a coworker. During my visit, I was told they “can’t pull anything off the shelf for any man.” Being denied assistance based solely on gender is discriminatory and completely unacceptable. Beyond that comment, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I expect equal treatment when I shop, and this experience fell far below that standard. I hope management addresses this so no one else is treated this way.
The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They are kind enough to show you products and find what you need. They have sales here and there. You can also get credit here. . They have a variety of hair growth products here. My favorite one being mielle. Hair growth oil and products. They have bond bar here as well. . Parking is everywhere around the plaza. . Not hard to find.
Super clean store with friendly workers!! They had the pomade I was looking for and even had a sale going on. Elisa was very personable and made the trip enjoyable <3 thanks girly !!
