If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I've shopped there since they opened and they've always been really nice but I went in today and it was like if I so much as moved or breathed I wasn't allowed to. So, my money spends just as well as well somewhere else. I won't go back.

Why have business hours posted if you refuse to stay open till your closing time. This is horrible business, and I will NOT be coming back to this location EVER!

I get that strolling in 15 minutes before closing—especially on a holiday weekend—isn’t ideal. We zipped in, got what we needed, and were pulling out of the parking lot by 5:56. Unfortunately, the store manager, Ashley, made it clear that our presence wasn’t welcome. Her tone was condescending, her remarks were unnecessary, and her cutting eyes and eye rolls were unprofessional. The entire interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. First time last week I came in wanting to bleach my hair and wanted to use color remover but was told to use bleach instead. Before I have been using permanent black dye so I didn’t think of anything so I got the bleach and the stuff I needed. Well I bleach my hair and chunks of my hair fell out and had to chop off 8 inches off.
