I get that strolling in 15 minutes before closing—especially on a holiday weekend—isn’t ideal. We zipped in, got what we needed, and were pulling out of the parking lot by 5:56. Unfortunately, the store manager, Ashley, made it clear that our presence wasn’t welcome. First time last week I came in wanting to bleach my hair and wanted to use color remover but was told to use bleach instead. Before I have been using permanent black dye so I didn’t think of anything so I got the bleach and the stuff I needed. Well I bleach my hair and chunks of my hair fell out and had to chop off 8 inches off. Thought I wanted to become a rewards member. Until anytime I wanted to make an order my rewards would randomly disappear and I would have to contact customer service every time. Plus trying to make an online order with my sallys card and get nothing but errors. Got tired of always having to contact customer service.
