I normally shop on west 26th st but sometimes I work late and they close early .everytime I have had to come to the one next to target. The girls up there treat you like your interrupting their day .they're attitudes should really change working with the public they really make u feel uncomfortable. Safe to say I try to come there as little as I can .( I might add i work with the public and im a very mannered nice person )
I don’t want to put a 1 because idk if I am wrong. I was talking to one of the workers and I told her I needed a bleach. I don’t know what I’m doing. So I needed help. I grabbed a bleach and she said oh I have a bleach behind the counter. It’s way better me not reading the bottle I buy it. This was like 20$. More expensive than what I grabbed. Emma was amazing and so professional but the one employee summer was very disrespectful and was vaping right in front of me at check out BAREFOOT!
I've gone to Sally's for years and it has been continuously going downhill. And I mean the company, not just individual stores. They've closed any that were nearby my house so I have to use 2-hour delivery with my schedule. The problem is that their website is a mess. Items appear as in-stock at your chosen store and available for delivery & in-store pick up until you hit "place order" then you get unlimited errors blaming your payment method.
