I went in this morning and the customer service was amazing! The girls that work there always make sure I get everything I need and always ask if I need help finding anything!
Me and my friend went it to Sally’s beauty around 11ish i can tell something was off I had a gut feeling we went in they were judging us by the way we looked they weren’t helpful at all I asked the cashier what color they recommend well the lady just shurgered her shoulder so I picked out a red that I had liked and I can definitely tell that the cashier was getting irritated off the back I do not advise anyone to go around 11 they definitely weren’t being professional when I had to ask for help they just seemed really fake t... read more
Store was closed at 2:30 PM on a Monday due to short staffing. It will continue to be closed for the next three days due to “staffing shortages.” This is the only shop in town that sells the product I needed. I can’t go anywhere else to get it without driving 200 miles. Why they can’t handle the basic task of keeping their business staffed is beyond me, especially when they’re the only game in town.
They staff there is amazing g. Especially today. Thank you.
