The store itself is fine & usually has friendly helpful employees. Today it was the opposite. Walked in with my dog, on leash, as I’ve done many times when the employee loudly announced to the other employee, not to me, that only service dogs were allowed in the store & then continued to talk about my dog without speaking to me about it at all. i goto to every sally’s in jacksonville, but i love coming in this store specifically because every time i come , The young lady Catherine always gives a warms greeting and is sooooo helpful.A lot of times i feel like im asking dumb questions or too many questions but she never makes me feel like a bother and is very patient. I recommend coming here it’s always clean and a very good vibe definitely recommended visiting this location 10/10
