The workers do not know what they are talking about when it comes to hair, do not trust their recommendations. i wanted a blue undertone bleach to dye my hair the lady recommended me b2w which was a white bleach and now my hair is brassy and orange! i knew what i wanted but she insisted. not only that but the dye i came in for that said was in stock was not in the store and the lady recommended me one that was supposed to be very similar but it was NOT. i had to refund and find one myself. i truly believe the sally’s workers... read more

I had such a great experience thanks to Luz, the store manager. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect product for my needs. Not only did she take the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, but she also patiently explained the entire process to me, step by step. Thank you to the lovely woman that was running the store yesterday! Because of her recommendations and guidance, I was able to successfully dye my hair on my own instead of at a salon for the first time. My past attempts with boxed dyes from drugstores were unsuccessful. Glad I tried products from Sally’s this time (ion) and that she was around to help me out. :) Saved me around $150 compared to a salon.
