Wow never have I ever had to call for an hour with no answer over and over again and then when I finally get some girl, she puts me on hold for over 11 mins and just forgets. I keep trying to call back and they don’t answer mean while I heard them all talking while I was waiting on hold. It was not busy. Very disappointed. Could’ve been a simple 30 sec phone call to tell me if they had a product so I could go buy it. Whoever worked 7/30/25 from 7-9pm should be fired. They are useless employees.
I wasn’t exactly sure which products I was purchasing before entering the store but I got what I needed with help from a lovely young lady. Every time I’ve returned here, a different nice lady helps me out. Sally’s has some of the best employees, in general!
Courteous and Knowledgeable Staff
The older white lady with blonde hair that’s been a stylist for “years” had a weird attitude when I said I’m just going to purchase the brush for now and get the products somewhere else. Her switch up was INSANE! I don’t even think employees get an incentive for purchases so I’m not sure why she started trashing another store as if they are not supposed to carry Artic Fox… I’m sorry but it’s listed higher at Sally’s.
