Went to this Sally’s a couple weeks ago with my friends to buy hair dye, bleach, and devloper. Jeala and Trinity were amazing!! We were asking them so many questions and they so kindly helped us with everything. I will only be going to this location from now on :)
Stopped by with my friends last night to impulsively dye our hair. Jeala and Trinity were the sweetest girls ever, and we were well taken care of!! We had them going all over the store with us so we could get all the supplies we needed to make sure we didn't go bald. Thank you again to the lovely Jeala for making us laugh and giving us a personalized experience, and Trinity for giving us great advice!! :) This WILL be my go-to Sally's !!!!
Wow never have I ever had to call for an hour with no answer over and over again and then when I finally get some girl, she puts me on hold for over 11 mins and just forgets. I keep trying to call back and they don’t answer mean while I heard them all talking while I was waiting on hold. It was not busy. Very disappointed. Could’ve been a simple 30 sec phone call to tell me if they had a product so I could go buy it. Whoever worked 7/30/25 from 7-9pm should be fired. They are useless employees.
I wasn’t exactly sure which products I was purchasing before entering the store but I got what I needed with help from a lovely young lady. Every time I’ve returned here, a different nice lady helps me out. Sally’s has some of the best employees, in general!
