The on site manager Wendy was very unprofessional. She was racist against my fiancee who is Spanish. Rude to my kids. And very rude to me and judgmental. They will steal your app fee.
I loved the property. I viewed it, and she began to state all the things required to be considered. I met those requirements and just needed to turn in my application. I was ready to place my security and first month, but she had explained that rent had increased due to w/d in unit. I really wanted this place, but didn't need to use their w/d. I called to ask if they could be removed, and she rudely said NO they cannot be removed from the unit.
